How to Delete a Blog Permanently in Blogger

Blogger is a google blogging platform which allows us to create upto 100 blogs.We are allowed to create and manage multiple blogs in a single blogger account. Sometimes, we are not able to manage all the blogs. In this case, we want to reduce the number of blogs and finally decide to delete the unnecessary junk blogs.
The "Delete Blog" option in the blogger helps us to delete the blogs permanently.

Note:

Deleting a blog makes that blog unavailable to the blog readers and the blog will no longer appear in the online.

Delete a Blog:

The following are the simple steps to Delete a Blog in blogger:

1.Login in to your blogger account and select the blog that you want to delete.

2.Click this icon  in the blog that you want to delete and select the "Settings" option.

3.Under the settings, find the "Other" option and select it.

4.In the Blog Tools section, click the "Delete Blog" link.

Optional:

I highly recommend you to download your blog before you delete it. When you click the "Download Blog" button, your blog will be downloaded in xml format.The following is a screenshot of saving the blog after clicking the "Download Blog" button.

5.Click "Delete This Blog" button to delete the blog. Now your blog is deleted and it won’t be visible in the online.

Recover a Deleted Blog:

You’ve 90 days to restore your deleted blog. After 90days,your blog will be deleted forever.

To recover the deleted blog, Go to the "Deleted Blog" option in the blogger homepage where you can see all the deleted blogs.

Choose the blog that you want to recover and click the "Undelete" button.Now your deleted blog is restored.
