1. Go to Facebook.com and log in with your email address and password.
2. Go to the icon of the nut at the top right of the page, and click 'Settings'.
   
   
3. In the menu on the left, click on 'Timeline and Tagging' to control who can post on your wall.
   
4. In the category 'Who can add thing to my timeline? select 'Edit '.
   
5. This modifies the selection from 'Friends' to 'Only me' so no one can write on your Facebook wall, only you can share content. And you're done!
